From Manager to Inspirational Leader

About the Workshop

This program is designed to help managers evolve from operational efficiencies and competence to strategic influence. This means their abilities to strengthen and inspire their teams, drive meaningful change, and lead through influence rather than control. Participants will explore the neuroscience and psychology underpinning trust, motivation, and decision-making, and translate these insights into practical leadership behaviours. The goal is to move beyond task management toward building a leadership identity that earns discretionary effort, fosters ownership in teams, and creates lasting organizational impact.

Methodology

The workshop draws on a variety of methods such as role plays, case studies and interactive discussions to create a rich engaging learning experience. We believe that real impact happens when participants can see themselves in the material. Through active participation and hands-on involvement, participants leave with insights and knowledge they can apply immediately at work.

Speaker:

The workshop would be facilitated by an Executive Coach & a Transformational Leadership Coach. He is an IIT(Mumbai) and IIM (Lucknow) alumnus with over 35 years of corporate experience
